THE ELITE ELEVATORS SDN. BHD. based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is expanding its sales team for residential home elevators across Malaysia. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business with architects, builders and designers, and to expand our market reach.

You will research market trends, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with sales, operations and installation teams to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent B2C experience).
Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Chinese languages are advantageous.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach to architects, contractors, builders.
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Provide consultations and educate clients on product benefits and technical details.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide market feedback to the product team.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
