Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of proven experience in business development.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing high-value contracts and building strategic, long-term partnerships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of utility-scale solar projects by identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
• Oversee the comprehensive proposal development process for utility projects, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and technical specifications.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to inform business strategies and proactively identify new avenues for growth.
• Work closely with internal engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure the successful execution, delivery, and financial viability of large-scale projects.
