The role requires a proven track record in renewables, outstanding stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiations with utilities, regulators, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in renewable energy.
• Strong track record originating utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and project origination activities.
• Build relationships with utilities, regulators, customers, and partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies.
• Support commercial negotiations and transaction execution.
• Work closely with development, technical, and finance teams.
• Lead and mentor the business development function.
