Job summary

Freight Care Logistics in Malaysia seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive freight forwarding sales and growth. You will identify new customers, manage relationships, and present quotations and proposals to secure new business.

The role requires a proven track record in freight forwarding sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales/business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the Malaysia freight forwarding market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Generate leads through market research, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; negotiate rates and terms.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service delivery.
