Job summary

Centific in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Business Operation & Financial Planning and Analysis leader. The role supports contract negotiations, budget matters, and strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data to improve operational efficiency.

The candidate will drive Order-to-Cash execution, lead monthly P&L forecasting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop critical business metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years business management/operations experience; financial management and/or program management.
• Expert communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deliverables.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and scale processes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of Order-to-Cash process and support on P&L, cash flow, compliance and SLA.
• Analyze large data sets to prepare forecast reports and analyses for Leadership.
• Lead financial planning processes (Monthly Reviews, P&L forecast) and support delivery management teams.
• Perform end-to-end project accounting for selected practice teams.
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics and communicate insights.
• Collaborate with accounting, HR, and sales to support business requests.
• Create ad hoc reports and financial presentations for management.
• Coordinate with Centific global teams across regions.
