Job summary

Centific is seeking a seasoned professional for the Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (BO&FPA) leader role in Penang. You will coordinate budgets, analyze financial data, and guide cross-functional teams to strategic outcomes, while ensuring efficient operations across departments.

The role requires 5+ years in business management/operations with financial or program management exposure, and strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• MBA/Master degree and D365 experience preferred.
• 5+ years business management/operations experience; financial management and/or program management.
• A can-do positive attitude - good judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, patience, and professionalism.
• Proven experience collaborating with/influencing leaders to maintain consistency and scale processes across teams.
• Expert communicator with strong written and presentation skills; able to bridge different perspectives.
• Action-oriented self-starter in a fast-paced environment with competing deliverables.
• Growth mindset and ability to derive clarity from ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of Order-to-Cash process and support P&L tracking, cash flow, compliance, and SLA.
• Work with large data sets to prepare forecast reports and analyses for Leadership.
• Manage inputs for practice P&Ls and support delivery teams with financial analysis; lead monthly reviews and P&L forecasts.
• End-to-end project accounting for selected practice teams.
• Develop and monitor key performance and business metrics; share actionable insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting, HR, and sales to understand needs and support business requests.
• Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses and management presentations.
• Handle special projects and financial presentations for management.
