Job summary

Business Support Solutions, based in Malaysia, seeks a high-impact Finance Business Partner to drive planning, performance, and month-end reporting with senior department heads. You will develop driver-based financial models, own rolling forecasts, and partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Tech to translate data into actionable insights and a solid financial foundation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5–10 years of FP&A / commercial finance / finance business partnering experience.
Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain driver-based financial models (budget, forecast, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis).
Own rolling forecasts (quarterly cadence) for assigned departments and provide variance analysis.
Translate performance into insights for Department Heads; guide actions with data and clarity.
Collaborate with BI teams to enhance dashboards and analytics.
