Job summary

Centific Global Solutions in Penang seeks an experienced BO&FPA professional to guide budgeting, contract review, and cross-functional project support. You will analyze financial data to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

You will lead Order-to-Cash, monthly P&L reviews, forecasting, and end-to-end project accounting, while developing key performance metrics and presenting insights to management. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA/Master and D365 experience is preferred.
• 5+ years business management/operations experience; financial management, and/or program management.
• Good judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism.
• Proven experience collaborating with/influencing leaders to maintain consistency and scale processes.
• Expert communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
• Able to convey complex ideas, timelines, and mediate between stakeholders.
• Action-oriented self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to understand complex data and reporting needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of Order-to-Cash processes; support on P&L tracking, cash flow, compliance, and SLA.
• Work with large data sets to prepare forecast reports and analyses for Leadership.
• Manage inputs for practice P&Ls and support delivery management teams via financial analysis.
• Lead financial planning processes (Monthly Reviews, P&L forecast).
• Perform end-to-end project accounting for selected practice teams.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting, HR and sales to understand needs and provide support.
• Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses.
• Handle special projects and financial presentations for management.
• Track department goals, people planning and compliance requirements.
