Qualifications

• Finance/accounting processes or finance compliance/auditing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Influence and provide guidance on accounting treatment of business unit contracts/transactions.
• Support month-end close, review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, regulations, and policies.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for leadership and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to guide strategic financial decisions.
• Identify, challenge, and improve processes, controls, and workflows.
• Drive process automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.
