Qualifications

• MBA/Master and D365 experience preferred; 5+ years in business management/ops.
• Strong communication, tact, diplomacy, and integrity in interactions.
• Proven ability to scale processes across teams and influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Order-to-Cash execution; monitor P&L, cash flow, compliance, and SLAs.
• Work with large data sets to prepare forecast reports and analyses.
• Support practice P&Ls, and assist delivery management with financial analysis.
• Lead Monthly Reviews and P&L forecasting; manage project accounting.
• Collaborate with accounting, HR, and sales to meet business needs.
