Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee financial planning, project funding, and cash flow for property development activities and business growth. The role focuses on ensuring robust financial controls and timely reporting across projects.

The successful candidate will manage HDA, project financing, bridging and term loans, and liaise with banks to secure funding. Strong leadership and coordination with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modelling expertise.
• Experience with cash flow management and budgeting processes.
• Understanding of property development and project financing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, project funding, cash flow and financial controls to support the Company’s property development activities and business growth.
• Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, and provide monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, Housing Development Accounts (HDA), project financing, bridging loans and term loans.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions on funding requirements and financing arrangements.
• Work closely with relevant internal department on project costs, collections and payments.
• Support land acquisition assessments, investment evaluations and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements, and maintain effective internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents, lead the finance and accounting team, and improve financial processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
