Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting to lead the finance function for a real estate portfolio. The role demands strategic oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and governance to drive business decisions and optimize project profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in property development/real estate, strong leadership, and a track record of building robust financial controls and insightful management reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent desirable.
• Membership with MIA will be an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, with several years in managerial capacity.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting function including reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation and compliance.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee financial reporting and performance monitoring for real estate projects and related activities.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and profitability against plans.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning; develop cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity.
