Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience in property development finance, accounting, or audit exposure to property development clients.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management experience.
• Understanding of development expenditure accounting and project financial reporting.
• Exposure to residential property development projects will be an advantage.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of multiple development projects.

This is a hands‑on leadership role covering financial reporting, project cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, development expenditure monitoring, and team management.

You'll work closely with senior leadership while maintaining ownership of reporting accuracy, financial discipline, and project financial performance throughout the development lifecycle.
