Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Finance Manager to oversee financial performance across development projects and lead a small finance team. You will integrate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management into project delivery.

The role requires strong governance, discipline, and collaboration with senior leadership to maintain reporting accuracy and project profitability throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience in property development finance, accounting, or audit exposure to property development clients.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management experience.
• Understanding of development expenditure accounting and project financial reporting.
• Exposure to residential property development projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and statutory compliance
