Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) is seeking a capable Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, month-end closing, and management reporting while strengthening internal controls and process efficiency.

You will oversee trade claims, budgeting, forecasting, branch & intercompany accounting, and collaboration across departments. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership, and a proactive approach to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent would be an added advantage.
• Preferably 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Knowledge in computerized accounting software, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication skill & work in team.
• Meticulous, sense of urgency and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Review general ledger, journal entries, accruals, provisions and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review management reports.
• Analyse revenue, expenses, margins and other financial indicators.
• Provide financial analysis and information to support management decisions.
• Lead and develop the Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
