Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Prior internships or experience in accounting, finance, or auditing is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer payment matching and daily DOT system updates.
• Verify trade invoices and issue credit notes to customers.
• Handle sales invoice scanning and proper filing.
• Prepare monthly reports for selected customer group payments.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Receipts (GR) in Precoro.
• Input Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and maintain filing systems.
• Verify invoices for payment, issue Payment Vouchers (PVs), and update vendor accounts.
• Create and maintain customer accounts in the credit control process.
• Assist in asset tagging, branch audits, and ad hoc tasks.
