Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd (YLC) is seeking a result-oriented Sales Executive to implement sales plans, manage market returns, and clear blocked orders with Credit Control. You will review aging reports, drive collections, and optimize route productivity with Channel Representatives.

This role requires a diploma, at least 3 years in FMCG sales, and strong English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin communication. Own transport is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in any field.
• 3 years work experience as a sales executive, preferably in FMCG.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
• Ability to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders for business purposes.
• High level of self-confidence, dynamics and energetic to work in highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the implementation of Sales Plan/Strategy by AM/BIC/HQ.
• Review aging report and follow up collection.
• Manage route productivity through coverage planning with Channel Representatives.
• Raise SPPF/TDRAs to Trade Marketing for programs within region.
• Communicate Trade Marketing focus to all sales personnel for effective execution.
• Division of all POSM to the trade based on monthly TM focus.
• Perform field coaching with Channel Representatives.
• Manage and monitor new customer accounts opening.
