Job summary

SOLS Energy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Performance Manager to act as the operational backbone of the Performance & Strategy Department. You will surface risks, ensure commitments are tracked, and keep leadership aligned with clarity, accountability, and pace.

The role requires partnering with senior leaders, maintaining live dashboards, and producing concise summaries to drive informed decisions and effective execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a performance/strategy function.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and low error rate.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce concise briefing documents.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and holding people accountable.
• High personal discipline and follow‑through without chasing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a live dashboard of all priorities, projects, and milestones across departments.
• Follow up with managers on outstanding deliverables and address execution gaps.
• Prepare for and conduct weekly leadership performance reviews with documented actions.
• Monitor alignment of projects and leader time with priorities and flag drift.
• Audit time allocation patterns and support time‑blocking discipline across leadership.
• Prepare briefing materials and progress summaries for informed decisions and post‑decision follow‑up.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly performance reports on progress and trends.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the department and improve tools and processes used for execution oversight.
