Job summary

SOLS Energy is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management in Kuala Lumpur to own end-to-end supply chain strategy, sourcing, purchasing, stock, and logistics. You will lead and develop the SCM team, align cross-functional plans, and drive cost and margin improvements across residential and commercial segments.

You will set policies for inventory, licensing compliance, and supplier relationships, reporting to the CEO. A strong background in ERP systems and regional sourcing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement or logistics with leadership experience.
• Proven track record negotiating with suppliers and managing supplier performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L impact awareness.
• Experience designing and enforcing SOPs in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy and capacity planning aligned to business goals.
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding decisions and negotiations on total cost.
• Drive cost-down initiatives while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Set stock policy, oversee inventory turnover and delta risk management.
• Align procurement and stock plans with Sales, Installation, Technical and Finance.
• Report performance and risks directly to the CEO and lead the SCM team.
