Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Event Planning Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of diverse events in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring all operational requirements are executed to the highest standards.

You will build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional event experiences, and assist with the efficient running of the Events department, coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism management or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in events, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven track record of planning and executing corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills; attention to detail and computer proficiency are essential.
