Job summary

PA Recruitment seeks a Business Manager – Workplace to lead EUC platforms and EUC software solutions. You will drive strategic planning, client engagement, vendor management, and service delivery with a focus on Microsoft Enterprise and Citrix technologies.

The role requires strong pre‑sales capabilities, leadership, and financial accountability to grow Workplace portfolios in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in IT; 3–5 years in product development, service delivery, or technical pre‑sales in EUC/enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise and Citrix technologies; vendor and financial management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of EUC platforms and software offerings.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support on Microsoft and EUC solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee service delivery, ticket handling, and quality of EUC solutions.
• Analyze market trends to design winning proposals and pricing.
• Manage vendor engagements, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
