Job summary

APJR CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an experienced MIS / Managed Workplace Engineer with 5–8+ years of hands-on EUC, IT infrastructure, and MIS expertise to optimize enterprise workplace environments.

You will oversee client endpoints, modern provisioning systems, and ITSM integrations, reporting to the Head of Cloud and Infrastructure Services, ensuring security, compliance, and productive user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in IT infrastructure or EUC roles.
• Advanced expertise in Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and AVD.
• Experience with MIS reporting, asset tracking software, and ITSM tools.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for endpoint administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the enterprise workplace environment and client endpoints.
• Bridge internal IT operations with enterprise user productivity, ensuring security and compliance.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced MIS / Managed Workplace Engineer with 5–8+ years of hands‑on expertise in end‑user computing (EUC), modern workplace management, IT Infrastructure Support, and Management Information Systems (MIS).

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the enterprise workplace environment, ensuring seamless operation of client endpoints, management tools, modern provisioning systems, and business application delivery. Reporting directly to the Head of Cloud and Infrastructure Services, you will bridge internal IT operations with enterprise user productivity, maintaining operational security, compliance, and user satisfaction across the organization.

Qualification & Experience

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, Managed Workplace, or Enterprise EUC roles.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Solid experience with MIS reporting, asset tracking software, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell for endpoint administration and automation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS enterprise administration, group policies, and identity access (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MD-102: Endpoint Administrator, ITIL Foundation) are highly preferred.
