Job summary

PA Recruitment (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive or Manager for Workplace/EUC Solutions. You will support proposals, client engagement, and strategic growth across EUC platforms such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, and Workspace ONE.

You will work with technical teams, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while helping shape service delivery, budgeting, and profitability in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA advantageous for senior applicants)
• Familiarity with EUC technologies and digital workplace solutions
• 1–3 years' experience for Executive level, or ~5 years (including 3–5 years in product development, service delivery, or technical pre‑sales) for Manager level
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Client-centric mindset with strategic and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Support or lead the preparation of solution proposals, costings, and responses to tenders/RFPs aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed EUC solutions are technically viable (Microsoft Enterprise: AD, Exchange, O365, SCCM, Hyper-V; Citrix: XenDesktop, XenApp, StoreFront, NetScaler)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
• Gather competitive pricing and product information to support solution design and proposal development
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business strategy and service improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation of proposals, client interactions, and sales activities
• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking; oversee service delivery operations; provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

We are looking for a driven professional to join our Workplace / End-User Computing (EUC) business, supporting the growth of our device platforms and EUC software solutions (Microsoft 365, Citrix, Workspace ONE, and more). Depending on your experience, you may be considered for a Business Development Executive or Business Manager position - from supporting solution proposals and client engagement, to leading strategic growth, vendor management, and pre-sales technical solutioning.
