UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a Solutions Development Manager to deliver value for Enterprise accounts by identifying customer objectives, aligning technology and sustainability solutions, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

You will partner with the Sales team and the SOLDI group to design solutions, prepare compelling proposals, oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure client alignment with UPS’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel for external meetings domestically and overseas.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communications skills.
• Prior experience in project management and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Identify customers’ objectives and business needs, determine long-term goals and opportunities.
• Formulate enterprise account strategies with the Sales team and internal resources.
• Develop proposals and presentations to demonstrate UPS solutions and value.
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to deployment.
• Identify and analyze solution sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Generate large-scale revenue opportunities and monitor performance against plan.
