Job summary

AFED DIGITAL SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead relationships with key customers and drive revenue growth in Malaysia. You will own account plans, align solutions with client needs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in managing enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure renewal and expansion

Qualifications

Must have 5–8 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, customer success, or commercial management.
Proven track record managing corporate/enterprise accounts and hitting revenue targets.
Experience building long-term customer relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts; promote products and services.
Coordinate with delivery, technical, and support teams to meet customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Lead proposal development, tender submissions, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Monitor account revenue, profitability, renewals, and forecast; manage risk and compliance.
