You will act as the liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, develop account plans, forecast sales, and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements while maintaining high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or related field.
• 3–5 years in enterprise sales or account management in tech/telecom.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to develop and execute account plans and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of segment-based accounts and drive new business growth.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth via direct and indirect sales monthly and annually.
• Prepare and update Account Plans for current and prospective customers.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and timely proposals, tenders, quotations.
• Gather feedback on network performance and service quality for improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end account management from acquisition to service delivery.
• Drive competitive positioning to win against competitors.
