Job summary

Jabil in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an organised planner to act as the customer interface for demand planning and shipment information. You will develop feasible operational plans and own plan execution to achieve customer satisfaction and minimize liability, while improving planning metrics.

Responsibilities include collaborating with BU and customers to build demand plans, creating master schedules, loading them into the ERP system, and monitoring forecast accuracy with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• 1–2 years of materials related experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret production and safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative demand plan with BU and customers.
• Create a Master Schedule through resource and capacity sizing.
• Enter Master Schedule into the ERP system and ensure feasibility.
• Coordinate with operations to execute the plan and drive revenue forecasts.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
