Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing partner, invites applications for a planning leadership role in Penang. You will drive continuous improvement in materials metrics and provide exceptional support to customers, team members and shareholders.

Lead the Planning Department at the site, create and implement new planning strategies, review capacity modules and schedules, ensure master data integrity and budgeting, and monitor key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
• 9 to 12 years of related materials experience including 6 years in a management role.
• APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Planning Department at the local site.
• Create and implement new planning strategies.
• Review capacity modules and schedules.
• Ensure material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity.
• Monitor department KPIs and budgeting.
• Analyze revenue trends and report to stakeholders.
• Maintain processes and documentation (procedures/work instructions).
