Job summary

Jabil is seeking a planning professional in Penang to serve as the customer interface for the demand plan and shipment data. You will develop an actionable operational plan and own its execution while aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize liabilities.

You will build master schedules, load them into the ERP, and partner with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery and revenue targets are met. Strong English and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience or Master’s degree with no experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal English, and clear communication with teams.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with BU and customers to build demand plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop a collaborative demand plan with BU and customers.
• Create a Master Schedule based on resource, material, and capacity sizing.
• Load Master Schedule into the Jabil ERP system and maintain it.
• Develop a feasible production plan and work with operations to execute it.
• Develop revenue forecast and monitor performance with corrective actions.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Comply with security policies and company rules; perform other duties as needed.
