Job summary

Jabil in Penang is seeking a seasoned Planning Manager to lead the local Planning Department, drive continuous improvement in materials metrics, and deliver exceptional support to customers, team members, and stakeholders. You will develop and implement strategic planning processes, review capacity and master schedules, ensure data integrity, and oversee budgeting and revenue analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or related field; MBA optional.
• 9–12 years materials experience with 6+ years in management.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning Department locally and drive improvements.
• Create and implement new planning strategies.
• Review capacity modules and schedules.
• Ensure material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity.
• Monitor department KPIs and maintain procedures/work instructions.
• Oversee departmental budgeting.
• Analyze revenue trends and report to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
