Job summary

Legrand sells across its Data Center portfolio, including Racking Systems, Containment, Cable Management, UPS, Busway, PDUs, Cooling and Cabling Infrastructure. We seek a capable professional to manage strategic accounts, grow revenue, and build strong relationships with consultants, contractors and channel partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/IT or related field and 3+ years of B2B sales or business development, with preference for data center infra

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, IT or electrical industries is preferred.
• Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data Center infrastructure experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic/key customer accounts.
• Develop account plans and achieve revenue growth.
• Identify new business, cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Data Center solutions.
• Work with Engineering, Marketing and Project Delivery teams to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and channel partners to influence specifications and win projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales proposals and lead commercial negotiations and contract closures.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and management reporting.
