Job summary

ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Program Manager in Malaysia to oversee complex customer projects and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. You will ensure clear understanding of expectations, detailed planning, and proactive coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing commitments, change orders, site documentation, daily/weekly reporting, and meetings.

Qualifications

• 4-year Business degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Generate, distribute, and track project commitments with vendors.
• Generate, distribute, and track change orders to subcontractors.
• Assist with punch lists, site observations, and project documentation.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports and distribute as directed by project managers.
• Provide accurate information for reports with project management and field staff.
• Attend project management meetings and record minutes.
• Procure supplies/materials as directed by project managers.
• Ensure parts align with latest drawings, specs, addenda and standards.
• Collaborate with management to monitor production and reporting.
