Job summary

ICHOR Systems in Shah Alam, Malaysia, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs deploying and scaling advanced manufacturing capabilities across global sites. The role covers NPI, product development project management, volume readiness, and operational execution.

You will ensure strategic alignment across system integration, test infrastructure, orbital welding, electropolish, and apply 5M&E analysis to assess gaps, with strong leadership and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; a Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management within manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record managing NPI and product development with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including system integration, test, welding, and surface treatment.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end technical programs for deployment and scaling across sites.
• Volume Readiness: Prepare sites for ramp plans, including capacity modeling and staffing.
• Manufacturing Readiness: Oversee installation and integration of systems across sites.
• 5M&E Analysis: Assess Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment for readiness and stability.
• Project Management: Develop Gantt charts, timelines, and resource plans to track progress.
