Job summary

Ambition in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead security solution implementations and ensure on-time delivery across regulated sectors. You will drive project scoping, risk management, and governance in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate with vendors, architects, and technical teams; oversee testing, deployment, migration, and operational handover, and ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8-12 years of cybersecurity or IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, cloud, network, endpoint, and infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience with security solutions such as SIEM, IGA, and network security tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or regulated industries preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, PRINCE2, or CCSP are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity solution implementation and project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, architects, and technical teams.
