Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma )
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Established project management skills.

Responsibilities

• All contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site, interfacing between customer and project team to manage information flow and requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and keep customer advised of progress, negotiate changes and variations.
• Lead and develop talent; direct people management and performance development within the team.
• Apply knowledge of best practices and integrate with other areas to differentiate in the market.
