Mondelēz International is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager in Malaysia to oversee customer credit risk management and collections. You will minimize past dues, clear claims and deductions, and collaborate with sales and finance to reduce bad debt while safeguarding cash flow.

Lead a team, define collection strategies, onboard new customers, conduct ongoing credit assessments, and ensure adherence to global credit policy, with emphasis on timely, compliant receivables management and KPI

Formación

• Significant experience in credit and collection management or financial accounting.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer credit risk management and effective collections, including strategies and onboarding.
• Enforce global credit policy and maintain relationships with major customers and sales teams.
• Ensure proficiency of bill-to-cash staff and train the credit analysis/receivables team.
• Represent the company in professional credit groups and manage high-risk accounts.
