Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in credit management or collections, including managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of hire purchase and consumer lending principles and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs for CMD and enhance daily operations in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risk and reduce delinquency.
• Provide leadership to Credit Management and Collections team with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes for delinquent accounts.
• Review and update credit policies in line with changing requirements.
• Analyze credit and collection data to identify trends and risks.
• Liaise with external partners, such as collection agencies, to optimize efforts.
