Job summary

Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara, part of TMC Life Sciences Berhad, seeks a Manager of Corporate Finance (Corporate Development) to identify, evaluate and execute strategic opportunities for growth. You will work with senior leaders across TMC Life Sciences and Thomson Medical Group to structure deals and guide corporate strategy, with a focus on expanding services and improving clinical outcomes.

You will lead market research, due diligence, and financial modeling to support investment decisions

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities (partnerships, JVs, acquisitions, greenfield/brownfield developments).
Conduct market research, industry/competitor analysis, and due diligence to assess opportunities and risks.
Prepare business cases, financial/valuation models, and presentations to support decisions.
Collaborate with internal/external partners to negotiate and structure deals aligned with strategy.
Work with senior leadership to formulate and refine corporate strategies supporting the organisation's mission.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate initiatives and recommend improvements.
Manage special projects to enhance efficiency, clinical outcomes, or service offerings.
Provide progress updates to leadership highlighting milestones and issues.
