Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Lead Contract Support in Malaysia to provide high-level customer service and comprehensive administrative support for a large Business Unit or Account. The role drives contractual service delivery and financial controls within the Contract Quality Management function.

You will manage vendor onboarding, invoicing, and monthly reporting while promoting HSE compliance and process improvements across site teams and head office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance and 5 years of commercial finance experience.
• Strong stakeholder, client and vendor management skills.
• Proficient with PowerBI and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to translate complex content into clear communication.
• Strong mathematical skills for percentages, discounts and margins.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
• Understand the scope of the contract and ensure work aligns.
• Be a financial and operational systems champion; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works; manage sub-contractor paperwork.
• Review invoices, cost center coding, billing, and quotations; liaise with sites and head office.
• Review and approve maintenance invoices and projects per contracts.
• Provide monthly reporting support on Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
• Support Health & Safety requirements and maintain QHSE documentation.
• Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems.
• Suggest improvements to processes to increase team efficiency.
