About the Team

The Chatbot & Content Management team sits within Business Operations Support (BOS), a key function of Global Business Services (GBS). We design, build, and maintain the knowledge and conversational experiences that power customer support, internal operations, and scalable self‑service. Our team partners closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and impactful across all channels, including the Knowledge Base, chatbot, and agent workflows.

About The Opportunity

As a Strategic Content Specialist, you will shape and execute content strategies that elevate the GBS experience and strengthen the OKX brand. You’ll create clear, engaging, and user‑centric content across multiple platforms – ranging from KB articles and chatbot responses to internal communications and digital channels. In this role, you’ll transform complex information into meaningful, actionable messaging that supports customer understanding, operational efficiency, and business growth, while contributing to continuous innovation in our content ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute a scalable, user‑centric content strategy and roadmap across the Knowledge Base, chatbot, internal communications, and digital channels.
  • Create, structure, and maintain clear, accurate, brand‑aligned content—ensuring consistency in tone, templates, taxonomy, localisation, and governance.
  • Modernise content architecture, tagging, and metadata to improve discoverability, AI/RAG readiness, and long‑term scalability.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver cross‑market content initiatives, align on business priorities, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Track performance, apply data‑driven enhancements, and introduce innovative, industry‑informed practices to continuously elevate customer and agent experience.
What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, UX/content writing, or documentation
  • Strong writing, editing, and ability to simplify complex topics clearly
  • Fluent in English; multilingual ability is a plus
  • Skilled in content research, structuring, analytics, and content management tools
  • Familiar with taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and AI/RAG‑ready content
  • Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement mindset
  • Solid project management and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, adaptable, curious, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
  • Bonus: Experience in tech, fintech, AI, CX, or content automation/modernisation
