The Chatbot & Content Management team sits within Business Operations Support (BOS), a key function of Global Business Services (GBS). We design, build, and maintain the knowledge and conversational experiences that power customer support, internal operations, and scalable self‑service. Our team partners closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and impactful across all channels, including the Knowledge Base, chatbot, and agent workflows.
As a Strategic Content Specialist, you will shape and execute content strategies that elevate the GBS experience and strengthen the OKX brand. You’ll create clear, engaging, and user‑centric content across multiple platforms – ranging from KB articles and chatbot responses to internal communications and digital channels. In this role, you’ll transform complex information into meaningful, actionable messaging that supports customer understanding, operational efficiency, and business growth, while contributing to continuous innovation in our content ecosystem.
