Job summary

MCC Technique Sdn. Bhd. seeks a dedicated executive to support the Managing Director in developing strategies to secure projects, implement solutions, and achieve customer satisfaction while upholding quality objectives.

The role involves collaborating with the MD on business development, managing client relationships, analyzing data for growth, bidding on projects, and guiding subordinates to excel in company projects and activities.

Responsibilities

To assist MD for the development of business strategies towards securing of projects, implementation of projects, achievement of customer satisfaction and meeting Company quality objectives.
To work closely with MD to determine Company’s business development.
To manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
To analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
To monitor local and federal regulations.
To bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
To recruit and oversee contractors and vendors.
To track, monitor and evaluate monthly performance to meet Company objectives.
To develop, train and motivate subordinates to excel in all Company projects or activities.
To ensure the awareness of quality management system and its requirements by all subordinates.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by superior.
