Job summary

TPY Creation is seeking a customer success oriented professional to identify customer needs and drive success with our platform. You will build strong relationships, communicate with stakeholders, and proactively identify growth opportunities across accounts.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, willingness to work in shifts, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa to support diverse customers in Kuala Lumpur. Office location offers LRT access for convenient commuting.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
