Job summary

Havas Malaysia is seeking an Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee projects from planning through completion. You will be the primary contact between client and agency, ensuring requests are translated into briefs and delivered on time with high quality.

• Proactive in developing and maintaining a close and productive relationship with key client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develops a thorough understanding of the client’s business and proactively shares knowledge of their industry.
• Ensures client requests are translated into clear internal briefs and acted upon by the team.
• Gains client sign-off at relevant project stages with SAM/AD involvement as appropriate.
• Manages projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the brief.
• Monitors costs, quotes, and invoices, maintaining accurate records and producing timely billing.
