Job summary

M+C Saatchi KARSA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Executive to support the account management team in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

You will develop campaign milestones, coordinate with the Account Manager/Director, review and analyze client data, and provide regular business updates to identify opportunities and threats. This role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with exposure to multiple campaigns and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A background degree in advertising, mass communication, business, marketing or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in account management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a realistic campaign/ project milestone and timeline.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager/ Director on preparation of marketing campaign’s recommendations, strategies and actions for the client.
• Reviews, analyzes and evaluates the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data.
• Provide clients with business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business.
• Defining project scope, estimating, and writing proposals, works with the producer/ traffic manager in the production of campaign deliverables.
• Sourcing assets for clients, other agencies and third-party suppliers.
• Monitors all budget, research and production activity on assigned accounts and communicates the status of each project to the appropriate agency and client personnel in order to meet project deadlines.
• Keeping project status reports up to date via weekly WIP, both in attendance and on the document.
