Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic leadership of Finance, FP&A and Supply Chain, ensuring sustainability, profitability, liquidity, and optimal resource allocation. You will work closely with the CEO, Executive Committee and Board to shape strategy, drive performance, governance and risk management, and guide growth initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in financial leadership, capital management, and the ability to deliver strategic insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
• MBA or advanced professional certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead Finance, FP&A, and Supply Chain functions.
• Advise CEO, Executive Committee, and Board on financial matters.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee risk management, governance, and internal controls.
• Drive capital management, liquidity, and investment evaluation.
• Develop a high-performing finance team and governance culture.
