Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in food manufacturing, FMCG or consumer products.
• Strong CFO/finance director background with broader business leadership.
• Proven experience in end-to-end P&L ownership and enterprise-level decision making.
• Experience dealing with boards, shareholders, banks, investors and other senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy in alignment with the Board's vision and long-term objectives.
• Lead the business through growth, transformation and professionalisation with clear plans, budgets and KPIs.
• Provide leadership to manufacturing and operations to deliver productivity, quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through commercial, pricing and portfolio strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain, working capital management and risk controls to ensure resilience.
