Job summary

Talent Recruit's client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations and growth strategy, including market expansion into other regions. The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, treasury, and risk management while advising the Managing Director and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/MIA is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in international expansion or cross-border operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, tax, treasury, and Bursa compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial leadership and budgeting oversight.
• Oversee cross-border expansion into Vietnam and Taiwan.
