Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy.
• Advise CEO and Board on financial performance, expansion, investments and risk management.
• Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Support strategic initiatives including store expansion, digital transformation, M&A, and new ventures.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and audits.
