Job summary

OUTSTANDING ENTREPRENEURS SDN. BHD seeks a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the Chairman and senior management in steering the group’s financial health and sustainable growth through strategic leadership and disciplined financial management.

The CFO will oversee planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, tax & compliance, and governance across the group, providing insights to support investment decisions and drive efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proficient in financial modeling, SQL systems, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the chairman to drive strategic financial growth.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with growth plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
• Analyze profitability and risks of major initiatives.
• Monitor costs, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Lead finance team and establish controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide financial insights for management decisions.
