Job summary

MANJIT SINGH SACHDEV MOHAMMAD RADZI & PTS - JOHOR BAHRU is seeking a Business Development & Relationship Manager to identify and secure new opportunities across conveyancing, banking and financing, corporate and commercial practice areas.

The role focuses on building a strong client pipeline, developing strategic partnerships with property developers, banks and financial institutions, and coordinating engagement activities with prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years' working experience in banking, mortgage advisory, property development, real estate, financial services, sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong business development, sales and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for the Firm’s Conveyancing, Banking & Financing, Corporate and Commercial practice areas.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, referrals and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, business partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships within property, banking and financial services industries.
• Arrange and attend meetings, presentations and engagements with clients and partners.
• Organise networking events to increase visibility and develop new business relationships.
• Follow up on leads, referrals and proposals to progress opportunities.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings and progress; provide periodic updates to management.
